Client Communication. Every thread, watched.

Watches every client thread. Flags urgent ones. Drafts replies in your voice. Tracks every open loop until it’s closed. So the client who’s been waiting three days stops being the one you remember at 11pm.

The thread you meant to reply to yesterday.

22:30
Brushing your teeth, you remember
The email from your biggest client. Saw it on your phone at 2pm. Meant to reply after the meeting. Forgot. Now it’s been eight hours.
Twenty open threads in your head
All important. All needing something from you. Mental overhead you carry from morning to bed, silently compounding into client anxiety they don’t name.
“Following up on my question from last week”
A client pings you. You realize you never answered. It doesn’t kill the relationship, but it dents it. Dents compound.
Quick replies you can’t send
The email needs real thinking. Real thinking takes time. Time is what you don’t have when five other things are pulling at you.
How it works

Three steps. Always running.

01

Watches every thread

Reads every incoming client email. Knows who they are, what the thread is about, what’s being asked, and what’s been waiting and for how long.

02

Flags & drafts

Urgent items get flagged immediately. Routine replies get drafted in your voice for one-click approval. Auto-acknowledgments go out if you enable them.

The closer
03

Tracks every loop

No thread goes stale. If a client waits past your threshold, the agent surfaces it. If you’re waiting on a client, it tracks that too. Nothing falls through.

In the wild

Managing partner. 15 engagements. Zero lost threads in 3 months.

Mid-sized consultancy · 15 active engagements

Before the agent, he was losing threads. Not often, but enough. A client would ping with “following up on my question from last week” and he’d realize he never answered.

The agent watches every client thread. Tells him each morning which are waiting on him, for how long, and what’s being asked. Routine replies get drafted. Urgent items flagged. When he asks a client for something and they go quiet, it surfaces it five days later.

Three months in: zero lost threads. Clients stopped sending follow-up pings because he stopped needing them to.

Questions we get

FAQ.

Can the agent actually sound like me?

Yes. Week one we study your existing threads — voice, sign-offs, formality, length. The agent drafts in your register. You review before anything goes out. Drafts need less editing over time.

What if a draft is wrong?

It goes to you for review, not to the client. The agent never sends substantive replies autonomously. Auto-send only kicks in for routine acknowledgments you explicitly enable.

Can I turn auto-draft off for sensitive clients?

Yes — per-client rules. For your most sensitive accounts, the agent only surfaces and flags. For routine clients, drafting can go on. The agent respects your rules account-by-account.

Confidentiality?

Runs on your cloud or ours. Email content is processed, not stored. NDA signed before we see a single thread. For regulated industries, we build to specific requirements (attorney-client privilege, financial advisor regulations, medical).
